For smaller problems that may not warrant a hands on approach, we can instead offer a remote service as long as your computer runs and your internet connection is alive and willing. The perfect solution for smaller, yet still PESKY computer annoyances. If for any reason the problem escalates, we can upgrade to the Doorstep solution as outlined above!
Then, for the smallest of issues, we offer a service where we can act as a virtual helper of sorts for common problems or situations you may find yourself stuck in. For example, we could offer ideas on solving general Windows bugs/settings, printer configuration, wireless network woes, parts matching in a new gaming rig, smart phone integration, software installation problems, peripheral conflicts, all sorts of fun stuff!

The Team serves the NW Ohio area, being stationed mainly in Defiance and is led by a native of the area with over 70,000 career IT related work tickets since the late 1990s. We're true enthusiasts, gamers, and hobbyists, which makes the job all that more fulfilling and enjoyable while maintaining a healthy balance of work and play. We might even be your neighbors!
While offering a slightly different set of services than your usual IT group, we feel that they are more in line with the direction our culture is heading where convenience is more heavily desired as time goes on.
